Douglas F. MacLean, Managing Member of Armor Compliance

The Managing Member of Armor Compliance is Douglas F. MacLean. Prior to starting Armor Compliance,
Mr. MacLean was an attorney at the international law firms of Latham & Watkins, K&L Gates and
Bingham McCutchen for over 9 years. He is admitted in state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts and the State of New York.
Mr. MacLean graduated cum laude from Harvard College in 1994 and graduated from Cornell University in 2000 with a
J.D. from Cornell Law School and an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management. He has also served as a
business law professor at Tufts University, is a CFA candidate and has passed the Series 7, 39, 63 and 65 examinations. Mr. MacLean
was also recently recognized as a 2009 New England Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers Magazine. In his free time, he
enjoys spending time with his wife and their four young children and recently completed his 37th marathon during which he raised money
for the Greater Boston Food Bank. A copy of
